Raising Voices for Impactful Change

Welcome to the Voices SDG16+ Alumni Booklet! 

The Booklet features the work of the finalists showcased during the three editions of the Campaign “Voices of SDG16+: Stories for Global Action”. It includes information on the context in which the campaign was developed and its relevance regarding the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the Alumni profiles, the work of the organisation they represent, challenges and achievements in the context of SDG16+.

The Campaign was initiated by International Peace Institute, Saferworld, TAP Network, Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict (GPPAC), Civil Society Platform for Peacebuilding and Statebuilding (CSPPS), Peace Direct, Article19, World Vision, Namati, Pax Christi International and the Life & Peace Institute. Voices of SDG16+ is a collaborative campaign to bring the work of civil society on SDG16+ to the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) on Sustainable Development in New York.

On behalf of all supporting organisations, CSPPS wishes to congratulate all finalists for their inspiring interventions during UN HLPF Side events and for their efforts to initiate and support local action on SDG16+ and for their efforts to promote the inclusion of civil society in relevant SDG processes.
