Driving Change: Civil Society's Impact on SDG16 at National Level

Ahead of the thematic review of SDG16 during the upcoming High-level Political Forum (#HLPF2024) in July the Civil Society Platform for Peacebuilding and Statebuilding (CSPPS) in partnership with the TAP Network: Transparency, Accountability & Participation for the 2030 Agenda is embarking on a SDG16 Storytelling Initiative. This new project aims to harvest and feature impact stories on work done on SDG16 at National Level.

Through this initiative we want to feature member stories of #impact on the ground. As international networks both CSPPS and TAP acknowledge the crucial importance of amplifying these stories narrating the in-country reality of #SDG16 progress.

Documented stories will showcase current state of affairs of meaningful #inclusion of #civilsociety actors in follow-up and review of the #2030Agenda for Sustainable Development. Next to this selected stories will feature other initiatives spearheaded by civil society in driving SDG progress at national and subnational levels.
